My hobbies :)

My Hobby


Everybody has different hobbies that they like to do for fun or just to relax and chill.   There are many kinds of activities like football, basketball, running, or maybe just listing to music.   It all depends on each personality. For me,   A few of my hobbies include sleeping, Checking my facebook , and listening to the music. 


          Firstly, I enjoy sleeping every chance that I can get. When I am studying I try to make time during my breaks and lunch to get a few minutes of sleep. It helps me be alert and stay awake throughout the day. Also, any spare time that I might have I try to get some sleep, for example between classes, or between curriculum activities. It rarely happens, but I take advantages of it when it does come along. My favourite time to sleep would be at night, which is everyone’s favourite time to sleep is at night I would guess. Getting a good night sleep is important to me. If I do not get a good night sleep, I can pretty much count myself as dead the next day.


            Second,I like checking my facebook.  Our society nowadays is a world of information technology. I remember the time when Yahoo Messenger was the hype and people tense each other in the chartroom, and subsequently face to face. I also remember how few of my friends did a small gathering with others from YM! in some places for a drink or just to hang out. It is amazing how internet or social networking has evolved. As I see, now, most of the young people have their own page; they could do many things with it and me too. 


          From past to future, music always play an essential role in our living and we can’t imagine about society in our music. Some people said that listening music still have bad effect but in my opinion this totally bring various good effect to us. Listening music is one of the best method to relax after hard specially for those who are studying. Medical scientist research shows that listening some kind of music such as classic music have impact significally to brainwave, therefore to reduce the stress. So if you have stress arise from life even such as starting a new job, starting a new relationship, relocating a new place, you should listen to music. Listening music also can make children, even haven’t born yet, developed better in the future. According scientist, children who listen to classic music tend to be more intelligence and successful in their career. Listening music also help children improve emotion as well as imagination. Other than that, music helps people become work and learn efficiently than those who did not. People who listen instrumental music while learning foreign language had an increased speed of learning and greater degree of memory retension. In addition, worker who listen music have higher performance than those who did not. Finally, good music can helps you to control your breathing and heart rate. Fast music speed increase your circulation and breathing rate while slow music can make your heart become calm and therefore reduce heart rate.
          In my own summarize, those three hobbies that I love got it’s own speciality itself. Sleeping, watch movie, and listen music is not my hobby anymore. It is now my need. I love what I am doing, and I am enjoy it.
